She and Haruka rented one for Lost's nephew to wear at the wedding, and it was really nice. I assume the place they got it from does sales as well, so that might be a good place to start.

www.kilts-n-stuff.com, you send in your measurements, they custom make it for you. Seems to be good quality, though I don't have a lot of experience with other ones to compare to.
