That part right below your shoulder in the top quarter of your back, how do you get rid of it?

1. 1) Find a massage therapist. 2) A very strong one. 3) Stand by, because |

getting that particular knot out of a back can REALLY hurt.
I have a massage therapist who is also a sports trainer, and a muscle-packed son of a gun he is. When he finally killed the knot in my back in that location (which I had for over 20 years on and off, and even had considered surgery for), it had taken every-other-day sessions for over two months, and involved numerous applications of his entire weight applied through the point of his elbow.
Ouch.
But it eventually did work. Now it only takes "maintenance torture" once a month or so to keep the knot released.
Trust me, a good therapeutic massage person can work wonders that doctors can't.

And I fear you are right, I need Godzilla or someone like that to make it right. I'm going on two weeks of this.

3. Being serious here: It really IS going to hurt. But it will be worth the aggs you go through. |
