o.k., it's raining dirt in San Antonio.
There has been a light rain here tonight, and all of the cars are covered in dirt! I've never seen anything like it before. The rain is dirty.

3. I have seen that happen a time or two here in Ft Worth. It is very strange. I think
perhaps it is the result of a dust storm merging with a rain storm.

...a little bit of panhandle got mixed in with our wet weather...

5. Yes....that's exactly what it was....it's called a "paster" in West Texas.

a dust storm in Monterrey and smoke from a fire near Mexico City got caught up in our rain showers. Results? Mud rain.

Late rush-hour showers Tuesday brought welcome rain and something else that had residents scratching their heads — a dousing of dirty rain.
Drops of rust-colored rain splattered the city, leaving a grimy stain on clothes and cars that had people wondering, what the heck was going on?
