New Amsterdam

It's another TV show on FOX. Typically it will probably be cancelled (FOX is notorious for killing shows), but I find the overall message quite progressive. It deals with issues that many other shows just ignore.

Episode 2 discusses teacher/student intermarital affairs, and the difficulity of a black/white relationship in the '40s.

Episode 3 discusses PSTD.

Episode 4 discusses rape.

Episode 5 discusses drugs.

Episode 6 discusses inter family violence.

This is all done by John Amsterdam having a case that he has to solve, then reminicing about his past lives (he's an immortal or at least someone who doesn't age). It's pretty cool, and I recommend it. Even though it will most likely be cancelled.

It's on my DVR and I need to catch up on it this weekend.

2. I think the show is well written, well directed, well acted....

...It's SO screwed. :)

At least it will probably be run on the sci-fi channel after the fall....

3. I think it is a pretty good show;

whoever thought it up must have watched a lot of Highlander in his youth.
