6. Nope!
But my physical therapy is "killing" me. I am seeing increased range of motion in my shoulder, but damn, it hurts and it is hard work.

Of course, I really screwed up my entire rotator cuff and biceps tendon when I was climbing the ladder and watering the roof and eaves. I really should have gone in a lot sooner.

Well... not literally. :)



I messed up the bursa in my right shoulder painting ceilings some 15 years ago, then aggravated it with years of long hours at a computer with a mouse that was too high. x(

15. It was particularly stiff today.
