Thousands flock to see 'weeping' statue of the Virgin Mary

Thousands of people have flocked to see a statue of the Virgin Mary which has reportedly been crying.

The village of Pedro Escobedo in Mexico has been inundated with visitors to watch the statue shedding tears.

The figure is just over 1m in length, and has been in the village chapel for two years.

Worshippers have been gathering to look at the statue, which is housed in a glass case, taking photos and making their own blessings.

1. What part of Exodus 20:4 and Deuteronomy 4:16, 4:23, 5:8, and 27:15 don't these people understand?
