Help. Totally confused re. which PPO health insurance to buy... |
|
I'm in California, so I'm thinking Blue Shield of California, (the $2900 deductible plan vs. the $25 co-pay plan vs. ???) but I don't want to pass up a better option. Problem is, figuring out the best other options. Apparently, Consumer Reports did a review, but the results are subscriber-only so... any thoughts?
Thanks! :toast:

1. it's like only 20 bucks to get on at consumer reports |

i need to renew my subscription, though. maybe someone has a subscription and can cut/paste the info for you.
I wouldn't even know where to begin with paying for private insurance...
but I would talk to your doctor's office staff, see which one's they hear good things about, etc... or maybe someone here is a benefits specialist at their work. Maybe they can help.
that's what I got.

for a while because I worked for a California based company. They weren't as bad as I thought. They do have SOME issues though. But of all the Health insurance carriers I have had in the last ten years, they were the company I fought over payments and benefits the least if that helps...
