Whatcha havin' for Easter dinner
I'm making a nice non-traditional Shrimp Creole, with some shrimp salad and pumpkin pie with Cool Whip for desert.

3. Unfortunately money is really tight
so Easter dinner is gonna be spaghetti casserole, lol. But I think I have a can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix in the cupboard, so if I make a homemade crust, we can have some pumpkin pie. Mmmmmm. :hi:

22. Chocolate
Of course! (Well, whatever I can steal from MG Jr's basket; he might not let me filch anything...)

Seriously, going to my aunt's, and I hear she's making both lamb and beef tenderloin. Unfortunately, they will both be overdone until they have the consistency shoeleather, and they will be stone cold when they hit the table. My relatives have a serious issue with timing when it comes to putting on family dinners. :( Oh well. They mean well. And there's always the chocolate.

23. We haven't done Easter in over a decade but we are this year
Mainly due to my sister's oldest son who wants to do what the other kids are doing holiday wise. So I'm going to her house with my poached pear and almond tart. She's having ham, a friend is bringing rolls, and my mom is doing some kind of vegetable as well as fresh pineapple slices.
