3. If we're talking horror genre specifically, The Shining.
I've we're talking non-horror movies that are creepy as balls, Inland Empire and Lost Highway rank up there.

6. I just saw Willy Wonka the other night and it is scary for little kids
Gene Wilder's WW is one scary dude, but it's also one of Wilder's all time best performances.
