1. I didn't know about it showing old TV shows, too... |
|
...but I did start watching "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World" on it last night. I'm going to have to rent that movie. Another great Peter Weir movie :D
Does hulu have any Ernie Kovacs shows?
The streaming quality is good, too.

4. It's a pretty good site |
|
Any video site where you can see "The Big Lebowski" for free can't be all bad.
And it also has the 1998 "Psycho" remake, which I had always refused to pay any money to see, as a matter of principle (being such a fan of the original). Turns out I was right - it wasn't very good.
There's quite a few movies and TV shows on there I want to make some time to check out. As for the shows, I wish they would have complete seasons of some of them, like rival Joost tries to do. Doesn't make much sense to only have a few episodes of "24," unless they just want people to buy the DVDs.
Nonetheless, they do have some classic gems like "The Rockford Files," "Miami Vice," "Arrested Development," "Remington Steele" and "Barney Miller."

It's supported by NBC/Universal, FOX, and various studios.
Joost is kind of the same way (CBS), and there are others.
