8. I'm no modern art expert, but this just looks like a total mess
For some reason, my eyes are actually more drawn to the floor and background rather that the "person". I don't know if the artist just dumped a bunch of sand on the floor in a studio, or it actually was taken at a beach and then photoshopped, but the incongruity of the beach floor and what looks like a wall bothers me a whole lot more than anything going on with the "person".

The white wall is distracting and limits the sense of depth.

Also, this is what I imagine when I read "splinched" in the Potterverse... this dude must've tried apparating before he passed his test.
