I'm making waffles for dinner!

We were going to have something more traditional but Mr. Sky suddenly mentioned waffles and we both thought that was a great idea. Homemade waffles with pure maple syrup and sausage. :9

What are YOU having?

1. Andouille Sausage, Pepper, and Onion Sandwiches

2. Chicken breast

brown rice, and a can of peas.

3. Teriyaki roast

With potatoes, carrots, onions, and glass noodles.

5. Leftover lasagna from last night.

Even yummier the second day.

I love waffles but, alas, no waffle iron. We have blueberry or banana pancakes for supper some nights.

Waffles of Insane Greatness... and boy, they are too! With butter and maple syrup.

And a scrambled egg with cheese & bacon.

Yep, it was breakfast for dinner. Gotta admit, I loved every bite.

7. Mr. Cyn makes excellent waffles...

A while back he used to complain about the store bought ones. I got him a waffle maker over a year ago and it was the best thing we've ever done.

We had chicken and stuffing for dinner tonight. I made rolls, too.
