You guessed it. I am No Longer In The Fucking Retail Industry! Today was the last day.

I'm still amazed it took that damn long to work up the courage to do it. It certainly wasn't the money; I effectively paid $92 per day, every day I went in there, to work in retail. (I make $11.50 per hour more working overtime in Lumberton than I did working retail. Multiply by eight.) 'Course, they would have been Totally Screwed there if I wouldn't have stayed around for at least a little while; corporate wouldn't let them hire until March 1.

And now I have the time to work on things that will really make my company money. Which will in turn make me money--they really take good care of me.
