Goddamn, I'm a good freakin' cook. |

Tonight, I made dinner:
- Cote de boeuf with butter and Fleur du Sel,
- Brussels sprouts with Neuske smoked bacon and balsamico de Modena,
- and risotto de tartuffi with an ever-so-slight touch of asiago.
All served a delightful 1999 Savigny-les-Beaune by Ecard et Fils.
Anybody want me to cook for 'em?
