I just drank 32 ounces of "vitamin water".
It was entirely delicious, and this particular flavor has a combination of vitamins in it that enhances your brain function.

It is nice to find a product that finally does what it claims to do. It has only been about 30 minutes since I finished the bottle, and I already feel more "clear headed" and ready to take on any mental challenges that await me today.

This stuff is really amazinggg, and I wud recomend it to anywon squeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! squeeeeeeee!!!!! zzzzzt zzzzzzttttttttt...puh puh puh puh puh puh puh puh .....squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

4. I know I know.....
But I actually fold this stuff into a diet plan of sorts.

I drink a ton of water, but I need something with some flavor once in awhile, so I drink this stuff.

32 ounces gives good hydration, and kind of keeps me drinking spring water because I don't get sick of the water as fast.

This was basically my breakfast. As a diabetic, I count carbs, so this gave me 50 grams...just slightly over the recommend 45 grams per meal.

There is a method to my madness! :)

6. Sorry it took me a few minutes to respond to your post....
I was busy scarfing down an entire loaf of warm Italian bread dipped in olive oil and washing it down with 2 bottles of vitamin water.

Can't wait for lunch...5 dozen cold left-over chicken wings with blue cheese dressing!!

What were you saying about "wheatgrass"?

9. The 20 oz. Glaceau Essential (Orange) has only
50 Cals. I don't think that's too bad.

I drink three or four of them a day. I love this stuff.

I'm hooked on VitaminWater. I drink about the same as you...3 or 4 a day. But there are a lot of calories in those.

11. Hi Will....
That's the exact stuff i had today I think...the "citrus"...I thought the label said 50 per serving, and there were 4 servings in the bottle....but I might have misread. In any case...I love the stuff also!

14. Ok, I see it now
It says, for the 20 oz., that there are 2.5 servings per bottle so that means there are 125 calories. That still isn't so bad.

22. Not good to make blanket statements.
I know exactly how much sugar I ingested. 50 grams.

I'm a diabetic, and this drink was my entire breakfast.

I eat 45 to 50 grams of total carbs per meal as part of a meal plan.

The water tastes good to me, so I don't get bored with it and have something bad for me.

The water has vitamins, and it is hydrating.

Carbs are necessary for a balanced diet.

Carbs are necessary for me so i don't go into insulin shock.

50 grams at breakfast is just perfect.

24. According to my doctor, so am I.
But I still think that 50 g would have been better spent and metabolized if it had been a carb that contained at least a decent amount if dietary fiber.

25. In general, you are correct...
But sometimes you need a quick acting carb to ensure your insulin does not crash you. Depends on your activity level at the time, etc.

26. Ah, but that criteria
wasn't mentioned in your OP. My dad carries around those little packets of honey from fast food joints when he feels like he's going to crash. Works faster than anything. :hi:
