Went to the re-sale shops this afternoon.
I've come to love resale shops. I buy all kinds of stuff, at wicked cheap prices, without sending money to China or sweatshops or any of that, and often support charities at the same time--St. Vincent de Paul Society, Goodwill, hospital auxiliary. And my shopping cravings are quenched as well.

Today I bought several dresses, three water bottles, a canvas bag that I'll use as a grocery bag, two blouses, a pair of sneakers, and a sleeping bag that will function as a dog bed (she loves the kind of material it's made of). After washing most of this stuff, as I always do with resale purchases, they'll be good as new.
