I walked 50 miles in March |

My goal for April is 60. I try to walk two miles a day on weekdays and three a day on weekends; been forcing myself to go to the gym every morning before work (sometimes after but I like mornings better). Slog, slog, slog...I am slow as a turtle but it's duration, not speed, right? I'm also forcing myself to do 75 situps every morning....ugh, but I'm keeping it up.
I'm very happy about the 50 miles, though -- yay! Just have to keep it up.
