All access and traffic into or out of any and all files, databases, sites, and servers related to or dependent on the page known as the "Bartcop Forum" including but not limited to all web, FTP, and Secure Shell activity and commercial transactions, including but not limited to PayPal transactions and paid-for internet advertisements are hereby suspended indefinitely pending legal action on and investigation into violations of the Mann Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 2421-2424) and of several violations of Interstate Gambling Regulations prohibiting use of a news and discussion forum to distribute information about, coordinate, facilitate, announce or administer online gambling activities in the form of card games.

Any person or persons known to be affiliated with these illicit activities between the dates of September 12, 2001 and March 31, 2008 may receive Summons to appear before Magistrate in their Local Jurisdictions and are hereby prohibited from discussing these or other related matters with any other person or persons under penalty of US Code, Chapter 31, Section 14, Line 28.

In keeping with the Freedom of Information Act, interested parties are at liberty to request more information regarding this case by filling out the appropriate form at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security website.
