They have no nutritional value, and they are loaded with sodium (fat, too, I think). Prepare to meet your local cardiologist sooner rather than later if you eat them regularly.

Ignored them for nigh on 20 years. Now I have a kid who begs for them. Easy for him to make and I can add froze veggies to them and he thinks it's the way it's supposed to be. Ha!
