I'm depressed and *in a bad place* - what works for you to *snap out of it*? I think I'll strap on the iPod and walk at the Marina - see if that helps any.

Forget the notion of "snapping out of it".
Surround yourself with things that make you happy.
When a negative thought enters your mind, FORCE yourself to replace it with a positive one.
Exercise.
Eat well.
Get some medical help if it is necessary.
Take comfort in your friends and family.
Good luck...it happens to the best of us. :hug:

Something just happens to me at around 2 miles or so and my mind just slows down and sheds some anxiety. I hope you feel better soon!
