I am an artist trying to get out of the art closet. I have been painting for the past 8 years. I take photos of my pieces, put them into my movie maker and add music as a way to present my art.

4 of my 15 videos have Pink Floyd as the music. Which also happen to be the least viewed of my collection. It makes me happy to see the view counts rise and know people are seeing my work. "Dab & Scrape"
These paintings are done with a computer program called ArtRage2.2 I was just learning how to blend colors and move the paint around. By themselves they are pretty but seem like something more when all put together. music "On The Run"

1. Wow... I just watched

the "worried man" one... that's good! At first I thought it was 2 seperate paintings, like the hands were kind of an abstract person.

3. It's almost like the fingers are a kind of "christ" figure or something

Even though it looks like a walking person, just from the position of the "arms", and then the other fingers seem to form smaller people, or people kneeling down looking up at him or something.

8. My husband says the hands are backwards.

I am undecided because I painted it and I don't think I can ever see it like anyone else does. I think that is the biggest reason artists like other people to describe what they see. I really like you feed back. Tomorrow as I look at this piece I will think about the smaller people kneeling down.

Wisdom teeth just pulled, pain meds taking over.

I have always loved the music of Pink Floyd. It touches me in a meaningful way. I only chose these songs from my music library because they fit the time of the video images. I find they add emotion I could not feel/express with any other music. They just seem rite.

I love that you know the music your grandson plays. That says so much. It fills my eyes with tears.
