Boy, is she thrilled!

It took all ove two weeks one day.

The figures of course are fictional.

My agency put me out at $2.

I told my agent that I was interviewing for an exempt position that started at $8 (which is true).

She relayed that to my new employer.

My new employer came back with $4, which is in the very high range for this non-exempt position.

No more need to bargain. I know the HR person at new employer from a previous job search. She competed for me w/ another firm, and lost. She actually told the agent, "I'm not going to lose her this time."
