There simply is nothing better for dinner than... |
|
A grilled Sirloin Steak topped with grilled onions and mushrooms with grilled potatoes on the side.
This is amazing, I surprise myself sometimes with what I cook and how good it turns out.

1. Sounds damn good. Repeats tonight: |
|
Miz t. made extra last night. Andouille stuffed chicken breasts, rice pilaf, broc w/Hollandaise, salad.
Sometimes we skip a night with leftovers. But tonight she said "Repeat?" "Yeah, that was GOOD."

Get a wooden mallet, or you can use an empty wine bottle. Put a boneless, skinless chicken breast on a solid surface, between two layers of plastic film, and pound it out into about a quarter to half inch piece of...chicken.
Lay a sorta 'tube' of whatever sounds good down the middle. Roll 'em up and secure with a toothpick or two.
Sautee, or grill, or bake, or broil. Coatings optional. You can DO it!

9. AND, you can give that dish some VERY fancy names. |
|
Chicken Kiev is stuffed with cold butter and chopped scallions and rolled in flour, beaten egg, and breadcumbs and deep fried.
Chicken Cordon Bleu is stuffed with prosciutto (or any ham), cheese (your choice, Swiss is good), coated as above and deep fried.
Bon appetit! :-)

temeah is BORING in person, trust me...He barely let out a peep during our last DU get together... You will NEED me there to have someone to talk to...
JK, he was really a fun guy to hang out with. I am in, it will be fun. I will put it on the calendar.
If you want, post someting in the MN forum, that will get some attention from the local DUers.
