My dad is awesome
:7 So, I've been having kind of a rough couple of weeks, but this morning I got a call from my dad saying that he was going to be in the area for a conference this afternoon and asking if I wanted to go out to dinner. Of course I said yes, and not only did my dad show up to take me out to a really nice restaurant, he brought me flowers, too! :D We put the flowers in a vase he had brought with him, and then went out to dinner and had a wonderful time just chatting and catching up with each other. :) Because of his work schedule and the fact that my college is three hours away from home, we don't get to see each other much, but it's times like this that totally make up for it. I love my dad. :loveya:

Bad: going to Mayo Clinic for a week to see wtf is going on with my chronic disease (my hematologist's puzzled).
Postitive: I probably will get to meet some Minnesotan DU'ers including temeah!:)

5. Well, I hope that gets worked out
 Medical mysteries are not fun. :( That's cool that you'll probably get to meet up with the MN DUers, though - although how you're going to make temeah behave himself in person, I don't know! (Just kidding, temeah.)

I do not think you know what the meaning of the word "positive" is!

If you guys do get together, be sure to take lots of blackmailing pics!

11. Yeah, that's what they said at the beginning of Gilligan's Island.
And look how that turned out.
