My little Bush flags are missing... and the poo piles are still there.

So, NO ONE cleans up after their dogs in our apartment complex! My husband and I complained a week ago and nothing has been done to remove the piles of dog feces. I decided to make the little Bush flags (like they did in Germany), thinking it a humorous yet practical gesture to draw attention to said piles. Well, the next morning we found the flags gone and the poo still remaining.

Any suggestions as to our next plan of action? Is this an act of aggression and should we take it as an invite to plant even more flags? Maybe this is too childish?! On one hand, I just want the piles gone before the summer heat kicks into full gear. On the other hand, I'm a bit ticked off that someone is out to silence my political statements. Thoughts?

rub the flags and the flag poles in the poo. You, of course, will have to handle the poles by the tiny section that you keep clean, or wear latex gloves. Whoever removes them will either get poo on their hands or will have to go back to get their own latex gloves if they realize the situation in time.
