By the way, I could also look it up on HeritageQuest, which shows the actual digitized image of the page, the better to puzzle over 19th century handwriting. I have a number of stories of family names incorrectly transcribed for a database (It happened to my family at HeritageQuest, the WPA index of the Census, and at the Ellis Island website).
