So, what can a person do if they have airline tix for summer, and the airline stops operating?

2. If she bought them with a credit card, have her contact the card company

(visa, mastercard, whatever), tell them what happened and request the money back. Credit card company will either swallow it, or get it from Aloha or whatever it is bankcards do.

This is what I did when Eastern went belly up decades ago and worked like a charm.

4. I talked to her a little while ago, she's talked to the

credit card company, faxed over her purchase info, etc. We'll see what happens! Credit companies don't seem to give a shit these days, but hopefully she'll get some relief!

your vacation must be renegotiated.
