A very high wire security fence surrounds the US Navy base there in Yokosuka Japan. Some times sailors late returning from liberty avoid the Marine Guard at the main gate by scaling the fence in a darkened area.

Rumor had it that at one point leaning against the fence was an old dead motorcycle. One could climb up on the cycle and easy reach the top of the fence facilitating the climb.

One night I had need to scale the fence. I found the dead motorcycle as described. Just as I mounted the motorcycle and prepared to leap over the fence I felt a tugging at my pants leg. "Hey Sailor Hey Sailor" the little Japanese boy was saying. "Two hundred yen, two hundred yen" "No I say, go away." He starts yelling loud; "MP,MP,MP!

So I give the little brat two hundred yen and continue my climb.
