6. The wurst part of it is that spellcheck
will tell you only that the spelling is correct or incorrect, not that the usage is wrong. So, even the transposition of letters to a prefectly normal word like "sue" instead of "use" will not be caught by a spellcheck, since it ain't wrong ;)

I usually proof my posts at least once, though in this case, I am leaving some "incorrect" words in place as an example of innocent mistakes.

At the same time, be aware that not everyone is strong in spelling. I had a friend in college (or is that collage?) that was a genius in maths (European plural for "math") but couldn't spell his way out of a wet paper bag

Also, that thing you pull out from your dresser is called a "drawer" not a "draw"

corn in a can is called "canned corn" not "can corn"


It's "supposedly" not "supposebly"
