5. Absolutely
Most donuts suck and need more moisture. Also the bitterness of coffee helps cut down on the overwhelming sweetness of some donuts.

P.S. I do double dip chips, but I dip one side, bite it, then dip the other end where it has not touched my mouth!

9. No, and I honestly don't get
"dunking." If you take a bite of donut and a sip of coffee you have the same effect only you don't risk dropping some of the donut in your cup.

10. No - but I did have donuts and ice cream once
Thailand - dead serious! They had Mister Donut over there, but they didn't eat donuts as breakfast food but as dessert. So hence, donuts and ice cream.
