Oh we of little faith! We were so depressed with 2:57 left that we went to work out. I was complaining to the 24 Hour Fitness guy at the front desk about our play. I get home and find out we WON THE FREAKING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2. We were despondent about the lack of 3-pointers and the amount of turnovers

It's my fault - I turned to Mr. DTBK and said, "Let's go work out." So we did. He's sad that we didn't see the end of the game. It just seems that historically whenever we watch KU, they lose - we're a jinx! Of course, that didn't happen this year, as we did watch.

3. The turnovers were just each side punching so hard, so fast, not giving an inch to the other...

... At a superficial level it looks sloppy, but deeper it's just an indication of how hard they were each stressing the other - the only issue was who would break. Like a medium distance track race - say a miler. The two leaders pushing each other - and pushing back to the push. No way to tell who wins except to actually see it.
