i love my husband. he just rescued all my emails from a dying hard drive. |

including an ad for an event program that i am doing for my favorite non-profit. it should have been in 3 different places, but it was only on that drive. yahoo decided to dump my past emails, it didn't get forwarded to my laptop, apparently because i took it out of my inbox, and put it in a folder. he has been beating on that thing for the last 3 days. he is always there when my computer crashed. always there when a program wont run. he is my baby. i'm going to bed now. i can rest easy. yeah.

here at geek central, there has been a LOT of turnover of machines over the years. there didn't used to be import or export of that stuff. now all i have to do is figure out if i can get my mac to import them. ever since i got this mac i keep hearing "i don't know anything about mac's" so i have been doing apple "one to one" training. it's pretty cool, and i am getting to where i can translate a little. think i will be payin's the guys at the apple store for stuff like this in the future, tho.
