Most of the E-Streeters were in awe, watching him go at it. I felt a little sorry for Nils, who a couple of songs prior, had nailed his solo on "Because The Night," only to be upstaged by Tom.

I couldn't justify the $80 cost of the ticket, though. Plus I had Angels tickets the first night.

6. Well, it certainly beats the godawful RATM version.

Those guys were fine as long as they stuck to covering rap tunes, but when they tried something like "Tom Joad" or "Maggie's Farm," de la Rocha's utter inability to actually SING became a huge obstacle.
