3. Sure its beautiful , but its a killer |
|
Nature rewards murder with beauty , how depressing , makes me want to cry, really.

5. It's not murder when an animal kills in order to eat. |
|
If there weren't any tigers there would be too many of the animals they eat, and many of those animals would overpopulate and then starve.
Only people commit murder.

6. Apex predators are part of nature's plan. |
|
Yes, they're both beautiful and dangerous. I guess that's their mystique.

Tyger! Tyger! burning bright, In the forests of the night, What immortal hand or eye Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies Burnt the fire in thine eyes? On what wings dare he aspire? What the hand dare seize the fire?
And what shoulder, and what art? Could twist the sinews of thy heart? And when thy heart began to beat, What dread hand, and what dread feet?
What the hammer? What the chain? In what furnace was thy brain? What the anvil? What dread grasp Dare its deadly terrors clasp?
When the stars threw down their spears, And watered heaven with their tears, Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the Lamb, make thee?
Tyger! Tyger! burning bright, In the forests of the night, What immortal hand or eye Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?
William Blake
One of my favorite. :)

William Blake. I can't believe that photo didn't make me think of this poem.

It's been awhile since I thought of that... And I always picture tigers like this, too, when I hear it... :-)
