Looking for some articles on nuclear techonology debate |
|
I teach a current events class and I am trying to find articles on nuclear technology, i.e. should there be a regulation on who has it? Should we be suspicious of countries like Iran, etc? I am looking for both sides of the argument. Does anyone know of good websites to go to?

but there was a great pro-nuclear-energy article last month in GQ, of all places.
Gist of which was:
Nuclear is our best choice for immediate clean energy while reducing oil dependency. Safer than all other existing technologies employable on large scale. Background on Three-Mile Island and Charnobyl. Radioactive isotope pollution from oil and coal higher than from nuclear. Exploration of issues over storage at Yucca Mountain.
