About the Sympathy session you were at and how Katie called my buddy Jim for lyrics. At that outset, however, I couldn't recall her name and I don't think you connected her w/ Wilson. He's a hometown boy, my buddy Jim a former (and yearly Xmas reunion) bandmate, and, hence, the reason Katie was calling Springfield, MO in the middle of the night.....


Have you check out REM's latest? Getting good press, but I've yet to hear any of it.

3. I have heard a few songs off of the new REM album -- I like it!

This album is a lot more rockin' than the past few snoozers...I haven't like much from them since Bill Berry left the band!!

I have another album by the Rave-Ups that I absolutely love called "The Book of Your Regrets." I think it is time for me to put that in the "ride to work" rotation!!

Have you met Katie? She is a sweetheart.
