I knew someone who could not tolerate any kind of caffeine -- it would make her heart race. Coffee can give me a headache. I'm prone to migraines. What symptoms do you get?

sound more like just highly sensitive to caffeine. Do you use any other caffeine products?

But, I don't see why you couldn't be allergic to coffee. I think people can be allergic to anything.

of it - got a pain in my gut. But I was drinking double cappucinos. I went back to regular coffee and feel fine.
