Always after the rare instances I drink it I feel like shit.

1. You can be sensitive to it.
I knew someone who could not tolerate any kind of caffeine -- it would make her heart race.
Coffee can give me a headache. I'm prone to migraines.
What symptoms do you get?

8. It's probably possible to be allergic to almost anything but those symptoms...
sound more like just highly sensitive to caffeine. Do you use any other caffeine products?

But, I don't see why you couldn't be allergic to coffee. I think people can be allergic to anything.

5. I have a relative who cannot tolerate coffee. I once became intolerant
of it - got a pain in my gut. But I was drinking double cappucinos. I went back to regular coffee and feel fine.
