Has anyone been affected by American Airlines's cancellations?

I'm hoping against hope that Bullwinkle925 will be able to get here on time tomorrow - today's flight is canceled, so she'd be SOL if she were leaving today. I called American and was told all the cancellations should be done by today - hope the agent knows what she's talking about!

3. Don't worry. NWA isn't involved in any of this.

DC9s weren't affected by the inspections, and I think most of the DCA-MSP flights are A320s.

4. You Mean Northwest?

They have no MD-80's left in their fleet, just older DC-9-50/30, I dont think those are affected by this......

DFW - ATL. American is NOT my airline, but I suspect we're protecting a lot of their passengers.

Two hours locked in with 142 happy campers...oughta be a blast!

6. No but I book a lot of flights at my work

I'm forced to go with more expensive airlines going to Midwest destinations due to the problems going on with the M83's.
