Question about a potential credit-card offer....
Does anyone here have ( or have had ) any experience with Household Bank? I got what I think was a pretty decent offer with no APR for 12 months and fixed 17% interest rate after that wears off....

Currently, the Capital ( Crapital ) One card blows, and I have threatened to transfer this balance unless they reduce my interest rate ( currently at 19.9% ) I have been a card holder ( I HATE the term customer...I may explain that later ) and have never been late with a payment, and have ALWAYS paid more than the minimum due. This is how I was taught to maintain good to excellent credit....Capital One is not playing ball

3. I believe Household Bank is the reincarnation of...
Household Finance, the notorious lender of last resort years ago.

I think they sort of got religion a while back, after a raft of class action suits, a raft ov mergers, and the realization that real banks can make as much money as the gonifs.
