Tech support at my local ISP

is a little less that supportive today. I'm getting no email in or out. I log onto their direct webmail site and get nada. Husband has the primary account and is having no problems.

This is through our local phone company and service on my email account has been slowly eroding over the past coupla months. People not getting my emails for 3-4 days. I even told him that and that my husband has tried to send me email three times today and still nothing. I sent him a test email and he never got it.

Tech support is trying to tell me, "Well, you know sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for an email to go through, and sometimes the servers are what they are." What a loada crap. He said there was nothing he could do so I told him if that's his answer there was definitely something I could do. Gotta call the main office on Monday and tell them they need to check out their email servers (husband thinks there may be bad clusters on a hard drive or some other issue going on) and get better tech support. :eyes:
