3. I always use a knife...
to cut it in half. Always. Knives are also convenient when establishments serve mustard in china rather then those damn squirt bottles.

5. The same people probably eat ribs and hot wings with knife and fork too.
Hamburgers, ribs, hot wings, hotdogs... some foods are to be eaten with FINGERS.

actually 2 of them and it was custom to use a knife and a fork.

14. I ate some chili-cheese dogs with a knife and fork last night
Actually just a knife. I find that the buns tend to fall apart rather quickly if you pick them up by hand but, if you cut them into bite-size pieces, they don't disintegrate quite as quick. Oh, yeah. They were veggie dogs too! Yum-o!
