Today I saw the only McCain sign I've seen so far |

here in the Charleston area. Badly mangled, as if someone ran their Hummer over it.

5. Nope. It was new except for being crumpled. |
|
A sign from 2000 would have been rusty and faded if it could have been seen at all.

4. I have not seen one single McCain bumper sticker. |
|
That seems a little odd, now that I think about it.

And signs and bumper stickers for republican candidates in this red state abound. In fact, all the ones for local and state offices have the header 'keep republican'. (Yes, that's the exact wording) Plenty of Ron Paul signs, lots of Romney, a few Huckabee. No McCain until today and no Thompson.
