Mmmm chicken! What's for lunch?

1. Big pink chickens

WOW! whoda thunk it......chicken, it's what's for dinner.

2. Not chicken!

A whole wheat pita with cuke slices, alfalfa sprouts, mixed baby greens, avocado slices, and hummus. Honest to goodness...it's like the best sandwich ever. It tastes just like spring! Yum!

I make something like that quite often at this time of year too.

4. Salad

with cukes, tomatoes, red onion, feta, artichoke hearts, blanched brocolli and green beans and garbanzo beans.

6. Turkey sandwich in the best bread I've had in years

There's a small bakery I just found ( less than 2 blocks from my house but it's well hidden :eyes: ) where I bought a large baguette.

Nothing else in it but a spread of smart balance, and it's ohhh so tasty. I see myself going through about 3 of these rolls a week.

8. I actually had chicken for lunch.

Sweet and sour chicken in the cafeteria here at work. With some rice. It was quite tasty.
