Just got another internship opportunity...jeez!
This time with an economic magazine. Possibility of all summer, fall, and next spring. :wow:

I'm not sure what to do. Hm.

4. Thanks
I did an unpaid internship in summer '05 and summer '06, and last year I took off from work since I was traveling all over the place and getting ready to start grad school and move off campus for the first time in my life.

These days everything I've looked into has just been disappointing. I can't teach summer school because I hadn't completed a year of credits by the time applications were due (October), tutoring companies don't seem to do any hiring in the summer and all they want is math tutors anyway. My attempts to find political work are floundering because I live in a highly Republican area and our Quixotic Congressional campaign has zero money. The statewide campaign people gave me one interview, and keep telling me they're going to give me another over the phone, but that doesn't seem like it's going to materialize. My inability to stay in state past September seems to be holding me back At this point, I'll probably just work for a landscaper (or something) since my dad sold the family business and retired.

So, it looks like my degree ain't paying off just yet.

From your PM, it sounds like a good opportunity to network as well. That NEVER hurts.
