Has anyone ever had a Bellacino's pizza? And how are they as franchise....

...pizza goes? My dad has just had surgery, and Mrs Robeson and I are going to see him tomorrow. He asked if I'd pick a pizza up along the way. They live way out in the burbs, about 45 minutes from us - and any good pizza restaurant - so all they have out there is the usual franchise crap. I looked on the net to see if there were any pizza joints out there I hadn't heard of, and Bellacino's was the only one I found. Then , I noticed, it too, was a franchise. How does it compare with the other tasteless, rubbery franchise crap that is out there? :shrug:

1. One opened here not that

long ago so, of course, we had to try it. The white sauce SUCKED, it was cold when we picked it up (on time!) and they tried to pass it off on my fella for being late, which he wasn't. That experience was enough to sour me. I won't go there again. Just my own vho.

2. Maybe get a pizza

closer to you home from one of those pick-up-and-bake-at-home places. They are typically good.
