I cant believe I did not post this yesterday, but...

I had a Dr. appointment yesterday at which I was told my BP was WAY down to a normal rate of 118/76.

YAY ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, every test they can find is saying I am normal and there is nothing wrong with me. I still want to know why it went up so high though.

They are not done looking for the cause though.

Were you having a really bad day? Stress can make a HUGE difference in BP...
