Well, kinda. I'm aware of the fact that that makes me a bad little Jewish girl, but I was already too gay to be a good little Jewish girl in the first place. I'm also kind of, well, pagan, which means I may have screwed myself out of a free trip to Israel, but that is a rant for another time.
I love cooking, so I figured I'd make something vegetarian-friendly (I'm a pescetarian) for the seder for tomorrow night.
There are no good vegetarian dishes that are kosher for passover! I was going to make spinach polenta, but apparently you're not supposed to have corn on passover either. I didn't know that - I'm not a fan of arbitrary rules (My personal moral philosophy is "Be a good, nice person", or failing that, "Harm none"), so I never follow that stuff anyway.

2. What about doing something traditional that should be veggie friendly |

Like Charosis...apples and walnuts... I really like passover food myself (mmm- matzohball soup and latkes!) except for that nasty ass gefiltefish...

what about quiche? Eggs, cheese, spinich, whatever else you want to include. Or Lettuce Wraps (There are no hard and fast rules, you can omit whatever you'd like really.) http://thaifood.about.com/od/quickeasythairecipes/r/lettucewraps.htm

It sounds complicated but it's quite simple. Don't mix meat with dairy products. There are other rules, but that's the basic one. Oh and the ban on pork...
Khash.

If nothing else, good food.
It was the blood on the doorposts that freaked me out - but no one does that anymore or remembers why, thank the goddess,
God, I feel old!
