I just made AWESOME and very simple Chunky Tomato Sauce...

and I have it on some perfect al-dente pasta. With some good red wine, it is a perfect meal.

and, Healthy. There is NO meat in my meal tonight, on purpose.

edit: it has in it

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Onion, chopped

Garlic, real cloves, not garlic pepper...

Salt, coarse

Pepper, ground

Tomatoes (obviously)

and Thyme.

1. I had chicken on the grill
nothing fancy tonight. The other night though the wife made some ass kickin ribs, ranch beans, and mushrooms.

She also makes some rocking pasta sauce. what all was in yours?

10. Thanks! Ever try using sea salt
Instead of regular? Found it to be really good in most our dishes.

13. Not a whole lot of pepper flakes.
I think I only use a 1/4 teaspoon of them in the whole thing. It just adds a little heat and the wine brings the heat down even more.

Super delicious!
