The wife is in Hockey Heaven tonight, but bummed about the Bruins winning.

2. Yeah, the wife was talking about the goal tending of the devils
And how she thought it sucked (she was shocked Martin Brodeur did so poorly).

Well parts of it. I saw the end. I was happy they won, although I am not a big Boston or NHL fan. I just like Game 7s.

4. Watched the Caps game earlier.
I knew a change of jerseys would do them good. Their new take on the old school colors and logo looks a whole lot better that old stinkburger of a logo.

Besides, it was nice to see Donny Brashear kicking ass again. One of the few old school enforcers left in this game.

7. I was rooting for them, but the wife wanted the Canadian team to win
darned traitor :)

I think either the Pens or Sharks will take the cup myself. But what do I know?

11. Not if the Red Wings have to play six or seven games each series.
The Red Wings were a bit banged up going in to the playoffs, whereas the Penguins all got healthy at the right time. Dispatching the Senators in four doesn't hurt the Pens, either.

The toughest test for the Pens will be the next series, likely against Philly or Washington. That series will probably go six games, hopefully in the Pens' favor.

10. Caught the third period of the Bruins game. It was great!
I loved it when they won the other night. The Canadiens thought so little of the Bruins that they were already planning to celebrate a victory that night. Served them right to lose.
I'm a Bruins fan from way, way back--the days of the Big Bad Bruins when they had a great team and won two Cups. Hated the Habs back then; still not too fond of them now. :-)

12. Not anymore after last night
No Wild means no hockey. It fits as it is slowing moving into summer.
