That porch is great, as is the backyard.

There were a lot of comfortable places to hang out with people. The weather was beautiful so we spend the weekend outdoors either in the back yard or on the front porch.

I'm a bit fuzzy about later last night, but I really enjoyed all the parts of the weekend that I remember. :P

10. We were probably laughing about the hole in the foot

For those not there: A woman walks by and says "Hi how are you" someone (don't remember who) says "Hi how are you" back. She stops and says "Terrible, I'm not going to lie to you." She then tells us she was bitten by (something) and has a hole in her foot, which she SO KINDLY shows us and says she has MRSA in it. Sadly I almost laughed at that since my sweatshirt says "Microbiology Lab Staph Only." She then says she hasn't eaten for 2 days and has been sleeping on steps for 3 nights at which point Lynne gives her some options of places to go who can help her. If that's true it's obviously very sad but she seemed pretty well dressed and made up for someone in that position.

I can't believe she came to us with a fake story about not being able to walk well because of damage to her foot. With all the years I've spend in PT with walking problems? :rofl:

She was putting all her weight on that foot. She was only walking funny because she was on something.

I felt bad for her because she clearly needed help. But the social workers at the hospital were the ones who can probably offer it to her.

28. I'm definitely a bit better.

I just sort of wilted as we spent more time in that car. But after a nap I was mostly okay. :)

The cats are both dozing right now, well fed and content with my apology. :P

I hope we didn't leave Lynn's home in bad shape. I don't remember what it looked like last night when we left. Hopefully she was able to go to the wine tasting and wasn't home cleaning.
